Usenix Playing Cards
In 1994 a deck of playing cards was created by The
USENIX Association,
the original UNIX Users Group. This commemorative card deck was created to honor contributors to UNIX on the occasion of
Unix 25th Anniversary.
The selection was made with the advice of old timers from both AT&T Bell Laboratories and the University of California Berkeley.
Where can I get a deck of the cards?
We were told that a limited number were decks were printed. They were handed out a 1994
Usenix Conference.
Usenix representatives have told us in the past that no more are available. Only Unix Administrators that attended the conference have a deck.
