Unix Tip #4098- May 1, 2012
FTP WITHOUT PROMPTS
When transferring the
files through FTP, if
you don't want to
answer yes/no for
transferring each file.
Then there are 2 ways
to do that:
1) ftp -i
or
2) Set the prompt mode to 'off ' in ftp prompt.
ftp> prompt
Interactive mode off.
